Purely Nutrient Giveaway – Official Sweepstakes Rules

I. Sweepstakes Period

The “Purely Nutrient Monthly Oura Ring 4 Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on the first day of each calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day of that same calendar month (each a “Promotion Period”). Each Promotion Period is a separate Sweepstakes. Entries do not carry over into subsequent months. The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for determining the timing of entries.

II. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Wellife Brands LLC., located at 19763 E Arrowhead Trail Queen Creek, AZ 85142, United States

III. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-six (46) United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Michigan, and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Purely Nutrient and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

IV. How to Enter

A purchase is necessary to enter or win. 

There is no limit for the number of entries per person, per month, per email address, and per household.

V. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Oura Ring 4 (approximate retail value: $349). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

VI. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during each Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted within the first week of the following month by employees or agents of Purely Nutrient.

VII. General Conditions

If technical failures, fraud, hacking, or other issues compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and determine winners from eligible entries received prior to the disruption. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

VIII. Release & Limitations of Liability

By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Purely Nutrient, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and agencies (the "Released Parties") from any liability for any loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize.

IX. Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resorting to class action, in the courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming and governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

X. Privacy

Information submitted by participants is subject to Purely Nutrient’s Privacy Policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to the collection, usage, and disclosure of their personal information as set forth therein.

XI. Winner List

XII. Sponsor’s Right to Modify

Purely Nutrient reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time without prior notice, in the event of force majeure or any other circumstance impacting the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes.
